The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) is convening the second of a series of stakeholder meetings to discuss the rule making processes associated with P.L.2020, c.24, New Jersey’s Food Waste Recycling and Food Waste-to-Energy Production Law. The focus of this meeting is Food Waste Generators: Part 2. The meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 24, 2022, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, online via the Microsoft Teams remote meeting platform.
